Our next “Friday Night Cheese” broadcast will be a special one! So special, it won’t even be on a Friday… Join us on Thursday, December 31st for NEW YEAR’S CHEESE! Kicking things off at 8pm ET, we will start with a special 20-year anniversary streaming of our “Evolution” Concert Film. “Evolution” was filmed around the 2000-2001 Portland NYE Incidents and features performances and behind-the-scenes interviews. It’s a unique look back at where we were as a band and community 20 years ago, and a great way to start off our New Year’s Celebration.
Starting at approximately 10pm ET, we’ll follow “Evolution” with our 3-set NYE performance from 12/31/2016 at the 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, Colorado. Home to six of the last seven New Year’s runs, 1STBANK has been our hometown venue for the better part of the 2010’s. We love seeing friends and family gather with us in CO to ring in the New Year, and even though we can’t be there with you in person this year, we are REALLY looking forward to saying goodbye to 2020 and welcoming 2021, when we can hopefully get back to playing live Incidents again!
We’ve timed the broadcast so that our Midnight Balloon Drop will line up with 12am Midnight Mountain Time (of course!), but we know our fans across the country will ring in the New Year in each time zone on this 7+ hour FREE broadcast! Master of Ceremonies Jason Hann will be back to host, and we’ve got some nice surprises in store as well. See you on Thursday 12/31 at nugs.tv!
