THE GOLDEN RULE….  Be respectful to your neighbors, and their campsite.  Be kind to each other, share space, and help someone else who is in need….

PARKING
PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN TO YOU BY PARKING PERSONNEL.  NO PARKING ALONG PUMPKIN RIDGE ROAD AT ALL.  NO PARKING IN THE BOX OFFICE LOT EXCEPT TO EXCHANGE TICKETS FOR WRISTBANDS AND TO GO THROUGH SECURITY.  NO PARKING ON OTHER PROPERTY IN THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD.  YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED IF YOU DO NOT OBSERVE THESE RULES.

ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED!!!!!

ARRIVAL & ENTRY PROCEDURE
Gates open on Thursday, 7/29 at 12 noon (please do not line up for access into the venue before 8am on Thursday, 7/29 YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY).  By arriving on Thursday you will have access to the better campsites, and you will be able to attend the Friday morning workshops and activities.  There will also be live music on Thursday night.

The Box Office and Will Call will be located in the Upper Lot.  All entering vehicles will be processed through this area.  Those vehicles where each passenger have their tickets in hand will queue up to go through security, while those who need to pick up tickets at Will Call will park in temporary parking and will join the search queue after tickets are in hand.  Please be patient when traffic is at a standstill and please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE.

VEHICLE SEARCH
For security purposes, all vehicles are subject to search before entering the property.  If you refuse to have your vehicle searched you will be turned away- no exceptions.  For security reasons we will not be allowing any oversized rental type trucks onto the property.  The Box Office will be set apart from the concert grounds. You will be processed in your vehicles at the Box Office Lot and sent down to the parking area after going through security.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
Due to restrictions in our insurance policy we are required to enforce this alcohol rule.  A variety of microbrews, traditional beer as well as wine will be available with proper ID.
*ID IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*.  Please note that vehicles will be searched upon entering the campground and alcohol will be confiscated.

CAMPING
CAMPING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED THEREFORE THERE IS NO CAMPING NEXT TO YOUR CAR and you will need to set your tents up as close as possible to one another.  If space it utilized efficiently no one will be left holding their sleeping bag. There is no “Car Camping” available.  Please do not slow down in-bound traffic with requests to “car camp” or go to the spot you were in last year; we simply cannot accommodate these requests and still fit everyone in.

NO WEAPONS OR FIREWORKS
These items will be confiscated and violators will be promptly removed from the venue.

IN & OUT PRIVILEGES
Patrons will be permitted to exit and re-enter the event if they do so according to event requirements.  We do encourage patrons to bring enough supplies for the entire event.

MEDICAL & SAFETY
There are two (2) medical locations. The main Medical Center will be plainly visible on the main road at the bottom of the hill just past the Lower Gate (look for the ambulance parked adjacent).  Please locate this important spot as you drive in.  The second Medical Center will be located at the top side of the amphitheater.  Please notify any nearby event staff member with a radio to report any medical or security issues.  The Security HQ is the tent located at the Lower Gate on the main road.

SAFETY ISSUES
• Drink plenty of water!
• If you're going to consume alcohol, please do so wisely.
• Wear plenty of sunscreen.
• Carry and use a flashlight at night. Bring extra batteries.
NO OPEN FIRES – NO CANDLES!
Campfires and candles are forbidden.  Safe camping stoves are permitted. Plenty of food will be available for sale.

TENT SAFETY
Cover your tent stakes so people don't cut themselves on the sharp edges. Mark the outside of your tent with a piece of cloth so you can find your tent amongst the many others. Bring a small lock to increase security of your belongings.  Lock all valuables in your car! We cannot be held responsible for stolen items.

HORNING’S LAKE and SWIMMING
Please observe all posted regulations in regard to fishing, swimming and paddleboat use. We are guests here and the rules are in place for good reasons.  We hope to have a designated swimming area across from the amphitheatre at the "Sea of Love Lake,” with lifeguards on duty from 11:00 AM till 7:00 PM each day. Swimming when no lifeguards are present is prohibited. Absolutely no swimming is allowed after dark.  Children entering the water must be accompanied by an adult.

DEPARTURE
Everyone will be required to leave the site by 12 noon Monday, August 2. Please take some time to help clean up the property.  If we are to be invited back we'll need to LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS.

"These rules can be amended / changed at the discretion of the promoter."
